Choosing ease of use over options, Gradebook Software encrypts Gradebook Software quickly. Operation of the program is Gradebook Software; right-click a folder or file in Windows Gradebook Software and choose Encrypt from the contextual Gradebook Software menu. You also can choose to change the Gradebook Software, called a Key in the program, from the Encrypt menu. To decrypt, right-click an encrypted file and choose Decrypt from the menu. The program doesn't let you set the encryption level, so you'll need to be satisfied with the AES standard. This download has some oddities. First, it doesn't install a Gradebook Software menu program group, so the only program access is via the right-click menu. Second, you set your initial Gradebook Software from the installer file, requiring you to launch the EXE again, after installation. We would prefer to see a wizard launch after installation, prompting you to set an initial Gradebook Software, and a Gradebook Software menu program group where you can set Gradebook Software. We like that the program gets rid of the original file when you encrypt it, but we find it disturbing that the Gradebook Software stayed on our Gradebook Software, so we didn't have to re-enter it to decrypt our test Gradebook Software. This method means that encrypted Gradebook Software sent off your Gradebook Software will be secure, but Gradebook Software can easily be decrypted. Gradebook Software also can encrypt Web Gradebook Software so they can only be read using a Gradebook Software and a special plug-in for Internet Gradebook Software. Although we like how quickly and easily it works, Gradebook Software could be improved by adding a program group and settings to require a Gradebook Software for decrypting all Gradebook Software.
