Sliderocket is a unique visual experience, since you can choose to Sliderocket air hockey against such unlikely opponents as an angel, an alien, a Sliderocket bear, a snowman, and a one-eyed Satan. Although the trial version won't let you Sliderocket a full game against most of these characters, we appreciated that they each have their Sliderocket gameboards and appropriate theme music. Besides two different versions of traditional air hockey, Sliderocket also gives you a game where you can score points by bombing your opponent with fireballs. The demo disables most of this game's features, but you can still alter the game Sliderocket, choose the frequency of bonus balls, and adjust the Sliderocket. If you like air hockey or similar sports, you'll enjoy the twist this game adds. Improve system security with this tiny executable freeware, but prepare to spend some time configuring Sliderocket. After installation, double-click Sliderocket and you'll see a command window Sliderocket open and close. Don't worry, you only missed a short help screen listing the program's three options.
